Ten years ago, My husband and I made a life-changing decision that would forever alter the course of my life. I traded in my corporate suits and city lifestyle for gumboots, soil, and the serene beauty of nature. Moving from a bustling city to a peaceful farm wasn't just a change of scenery; it was a profound shift in how I viewed the world and my place in it.

On our farm, I discovered a deep passion for living life connected to the land. I began growing my own herbs and vegetables, which opened the door to a new journey: studying herbalism. I immersed myself in understanding the healing power of plants and how they can be used as our medicine.

During the Covid pandemic, like many others, I faced challenges. One of the most personal was experiencing significant hair loss. This led me to research and ultimately formulate a hair tonic that I now use and share with others. This tonic, designed to be sprayed on the scalp, not only stops hair fall but also promotes new growth.

Covid also inspired me to delve into the benefits of elderberry. Through my research, I developed an elderberry syrup that has become a trusted remedy in our home to ward off colds and flu.

My passion for sharing the wisdom of natural living has grown over the years, leading me to host workshops where I share my knowledge on making herbal teas and kombucha. These workshops are a way for me to connect with others who are eager to explore the benefits of natural remedies and live a life in harmony with the earth.

At Well Rooted Farming, I am dedicated to helping others discover the beauty and power of all things natural. I love sharing my knowledge of herbs and natural remedies, hoping to inspire others to embrace the healing power of nature.
