• Good water – if your water is highly chlorinated leave it in a large jar or pitcher overnight to reduce the chlorine
• Use cold water for your kettle as it contains more oxygen, which means the tea you make will be more delicious.
• Use fresh cold water for every new tea infusion

How to enjoy the perfect cup of Energising Tea

• Place 1 Tablespoon of the herbs into a French Press or Tea infusion pot.
• Pour just-boiled water over the herbs
• Keep covered for 5 – 10 minutes ( Leaving it too long could cause the tea to turn bitter)
• Strain and honey or sweetener if desired
